Acquisition of Northeast Inspection Consultants strengthens SAFEbuilt’s presence and local expertise across northeastern Pennsylvania.

LOVELAND, Colo., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — SAFEbuilt, a national provider of building department and community development services, announced today that it has acquired Northeast Inspection Consultants, LLC (NEIC), a Pennsylvania-based firm serving municipalities across the eastern part of the state.

Founded in 2008, NEIC provides building inspections, plan review, code enforcement, zoning consulting and related services. The company has built its business around strong local relationships and a team with deep experience serving Pennsylvania communities.

The acquisition expands SAFEbuilt’s presence in Pennsylvania, particularly in the northeastern part of the state, while adding experienced building department professionals to its growing team. NEIC’s team will continue supporting municipal clients with the local knowledge, experience and relationships they have built over many years, now with access to the broader resources of SAFEbuilt.
