Three recent Google reviews from Philadelphia homeowners describe tub-to-shower and walk-in shower conversions finished quickly, cleanly, and at a fair price.

Showcase Remodels Philadelphia (https://showcaseremodels.com/philadelphia/) closed out the summer with a run of five-star Google reviews that point to one project above all others, replacing an old bathtub with a walk-in shower.
Maryann R. wrote in late June that her new walk-in shower is beautiful and credited the two-man crew that installed it. Kurt C. wrote in July that his new shower installation was a first-class job done by installers who knew what they were doing, with minimal intrusion on the household, and that the finished product looks classy. David D., who had the company convert his tub into a shower, wrote that the crew was quick, beat the price of every big company he had quoted, and did everything he asked.
Shower conversions account for most of the bathroom work described in the company’s Philadelphia reviews this summer. Much of the city’s rowhome and twin housing was built with a single full bath and a tub that few residents still soak in, and a walk-in shower conversion (https://showcaseremodels.com/philadelphia/walk-in-shower-conversion/) or tub-to-shower conversion (https://showcaseremodels.com/philadelphia/tub-to-shower-conversion/) turns that space into something safer and easier to use without moving walls or plumbing stacks. The same project is the entry point for aging-in-place work, where a low-threshold entry, a built-in bench, grab bars, and a non-slip floor let a homeowner stay in the house longer, and the company’s accessibility modifications service (https://showcaseremodels.com/philadelphia/accessibility-modifications/) builds those features in from the start.
Because the conversion keeps the existing footprint, most jobs are planned to finish in a single day, with the tub removed, the base and wall system set, and the glass enclosure installed before the crew leaves. Showcase Remodels has operated in the region since 2002, carries more than 350 verified five-star reviews along with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, and serves Philadelphia from its office at 2558 Grant Avenue.
“A tub nobody uses is the most wasted square footage in a Philadelphia rowhome, and the conversion is the one project where safety, resale, and daily convenience all line up,” said Sam DeMaio, owner of Showcase Remodels. “The reviews we value most are the ones that mention the crew was in and out and the house was clean, because that is what a homeowner is actually worried about.”
